Great location, near the theater area and the obelisk. Pedestrian-only street in the evening. Nice once you become a pedestrian. Cannot find any fault.

I recommend you to eat at Los Inmortales, that is set 700 feet away. It was just 1 mile from metropolitan cathedral. Monserrat neighborhood deserves to be explored...

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. You get a lot for your money, with basic amenities and a continental breakfast included.
All aspects of this hotel were ok, nothing to complain about.

The hotel had a pretty good view from the 9th floor, which was a great backdrop for our romantic vacation. the staff was polite, and the service was decent. the croissants served for breakfast were delicious. the hotel's location was nice too, as there were several great restaurants nearby to explore.
We found several unpleasant aspects as we stayed in the hotel. the elevators were not reliable, and a few times we had to take the stairs to reach our room.

I had a wonderful Xmas vacation with my family. The hotel was located in a great spot with easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They offered us a delicious breakfast every morning and my kids loved the pool.
The room we stayed in was quite outdated and needed some renovation. We also had some issues with the air conditioning which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Buenos Aires. Firstly, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, always had a smile on their face, and were ready to assist with any questions or requests. Secondly, the location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was very close to a metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable twin beds. Lastly, the breakfast provided was included in the price and consisted of delicious croissants and hot beverages, a perfect way to start the day.
My experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to complain about.

If you're looking to stay in a convenient location, this hotel might not be the best choice. It is not situated in the city center of Buenos Aires, which means you might have to travel a bit to reach popular attractions. However, the hotel is very close to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city.
The elevators in the hotel have a tendency to break down frequently. This can be a hassle, especially for guests with disabilities who rely on elevators for mobility.

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel, as everything was just perfect. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. We were just a few steps away from a metro station, which made our sightseeing tours super easy and convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate, and we were very impressed with the facilities provided. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any queries that we had.
Not one thing went wrong in this hotel.

Great location in the theater area, only 5 blocks from the famous obelisk. The street in front is pedestrian-only from 19 hrs to 2 hrs, adding a nice touch to the area. Despite the inconvenience of taxis not being able to drop you directly in front, the pedestrian experience is enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the iconic obelisk. Being in the theater area, there is always something interesting happening nearby. Plus, it's very close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel had two complementary facts that were very nice. The location was convenient to key attractions, and the staff was helpful in helping to navigate the city. The room was comfortable and had a good view.
The hotel did not live up to expectations. It was not clean, the plumbing was not working properly, and there was a lot of noise that kept us up at night.

I had a great experience at this hotel! the location was fantastic - not in the city center of Buenos Aires, but very close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, even though not all of them spoke English. They went out of their way to assist me during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable with 2 twin beds, perfect for my needs. The continental breakfast included was a nice touch as well.
No improvements needed - everything was fine.

Friendly and accommodating service
During our stay at Columbia Palace, we accidentally broke a table lamp in the lobby. Despite our fear of facing angry faces, the staff quickly collected the pieces and assured us that it was no problem. Their friendly and polite demeanor throughout our stay was a highlight. The continental breakfast included was also satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the bustling city, near a busy metro station. be prepared for a potentially noisy stay due to the location on a lively street that never sleeps. the rooms are old and poorly maintained, with outdated furnishings, dirty towels, and bedbugs. the staff is unaccommodating and unwilling to assist in resolving any issues. the breakfast provided is subpar.
The hotel staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating.
